The child allowances to which the employee may make a claim, referred to in Article 56, are determined (for each child) to be 17.20 BEF per day or 430 BEF per month, from the date the disability is determined, provided that this is at least 66 per cent and that no other gainful active (other than those admitted within the limits determined by the laws applicable to the disabled) is exerted today.
